APPLICATION
Within the process industry there are constantly changing (extreme) conditions that present a challenge for the materials that must be able to withstand them. Materials must be able to resist high temperatures, corrosive and chemical attacks and wear from abrasive particles - as these conditions are becoming increasingly common.
Ceramic materials are very suitable for use in valve and control technology. They reduce the loss of production and therefore the additional costs.

BALL VALVECeramic product: Ceramic ball and/or (valve) seatAdvantages: Extremely wear-resistant and chemically resistant balls and seats can be used for almost anything when very long service lifes are required. Also very high temperatures up to 600 °C are among the options.
BUTTERFLY VALVECeramic product: Ceramic butterfly and/or ceramic liner in the valveAdvantages: Very high wear-resistance, especially in the case of abrasive particles or media.There are applications where butterfly valves up to 800 °C can function well.
NON-RETURN VALVECeramic product: Ceramic precision ballAdvantages: In addition to extreme hardness and wear-resistance, a ceramic ball can be up to 60% lighter, improving the performance of a non-return valve.
CHECK VALVE, CARTRIDGECeramic product: Integrated ball and seat made of ceramicsAdvantage: By integrating functionalities into the valve, only one functional component needs to be manufactured and used.
