LINEAR GUIDE

Linear guides made from ceramic materials can be applied in high vacuum, so completely without the need for lubricants. Furthermore, the high stiffness is an added value for an accurate system. These guides are non-magnetic and well electrically insulating.

In positioning systems that operate in vacuum, ceramics are indispensable.

Ceramic linear guides can be integrated into ceramic parts. This gives you a stiffer and more precise system than if you would assemble separate components.

Ceramic product: Lightweight linear guides made entirely of ceramics.
Advantage:
Linear guides made of ceramics can be 60% lighter in weight than metal guides of the same dimensions. This can be advantageous in fast running applications and in case of high accelerations or decelerations.
